Street stalls on Central fill around lunch. The alley off 6th usually has a space if you are not hauling a trailer. Do not block the chile roaster on the corner in October. They were here first.
The room
A bay that faces the river, not a showroom
Suite 11 sits on the south side of Central, a block that still smells like chile in October. The mesa is one hitting lane, a land-angle rail, and a wall of heads we actually use. There is no atrium of unused demo carts.
What you walk into
Adobe walls, a long rule, one honest mat
The floor is sealed concrete the color of dry arroyo silt. A charcoal stripe marks the land-angle rail so a guest can see arrival without squinting at a tablet. Monitor numbers live on a second screen; the rail is the thing we point at when someone argues with their own ball.
Summer sessions stay indoors because the parking-lot wind is a liar. Winter sessions stay indoors because the bosque is ice and nobody learns a land number with numb hands. We still talk about outdoor greens: UNM South, Isleta, the West Mesa munis. The mat is a witness, not a pretend fairway.
What hangs on the wall
Heads we have recut, not a brand mural. A few spines marked in pencil. A Sandia wind card from 2019 that still gets used when the afternoon shear shows up early.
Noise and neighbors
The shop next door frames art. We keep driver volume reasonable after 3 p.m. If you need to smash 30 balls at 110, say so when you book so we can put you in a morning window.

Hours on this block
Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Friday shuts at 4:00 PM so the hands can still catch daylight on a west-side range if a recut needs a second look. Saturday and Sunday the door stays locked.
