Five thousand feet is not a mood

Density writes the hang

Albuquerque field elevation sits near 5,312 feet. Summer density altitude often climbs past 7,000. The ball stays up. Apex looks like a coastal 6-iron even when the face is a 7. The land number sags two to four degrees versus the same head at sea level. We log that sag before anyone shops loft stamps.

Rollout is a tax

Firm April greens on caliche do not absorb a 42° arrival. They invoice it in hops. A sea-level 50° wedge becomes a runner here unless spin and loft are rebuilt for the air.
